How to remove the bus drive shaft assembly
When disassembling, check the assembly mark on the drive shaft and redo the mark if necessary; remove the bolts connecting the rear drive shaft and the flange of the main reducer, and then remove the rear drive shaft assembly; remove the front drive shaft and the parking brake drum connection Remove the connecting bolts between the intermediate support bracket and the frame beam and remove the front drive shaft assembly.
1. Disassemble the sliding fork: Unscrew the sliding fork oil seal cover to pull out the spline shaft from the sliding fork, and remove the oil seal, oil seal gasket and oil seal cover.
2. Disassemble the universal joint: use calipers to take out the snap ring in the flange fork hole; tap one end of the drive shaft with a hand hammer to tap the outside of the flange fork to vibrate the needle roller bearing and bearing seat; rotate the drive shaft 180 degree with the same Method Shake out another needle roller bearing on the flange fork and remove the flange fork. 3. Decomposition of the intermediate support: Pull out the cotter pin, unscrew the slotted nut, remove the washer, tap the back edge of the flange with a hammer to loosen it, and then pull out the flange from the intermediate shaft spline shaft. Place a backing plate at the front end of the bearing seat and tap the backing plate with a hammer to knock out the entire intermediate support from the intermediate spline shaft.
